Description
The VIP ticket is an exceptional way to experience Tall Ships® Charleston. Your pass will include a 3-day fast pass to all the ships at the festival docks. Take a break from the weather in our air-conditioned VIP tent complete with complimentary food and beverages available during public festival hours. We would also like to welcome you to our invite-only Open Ship Party on the evening of Friday, May 19. Enjoy an evening of food, beverages, and fun on a participating Tall Ship®. Finally, we will offer you free parking on each day that you attend the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This ticket is a contract which includes the following Terms and Conditions of purchase:
All ticket sales are final. Must present ticket and ID at gate for entry.
No refund or exchanges, not transferable
Boarding is on a first come, first serve basis
No outside beverage allowed. No weapons allowed on festival property. Smoking not permitted.
All persons and personal effects are subject to screening or inspection. Failure to consent or submit to screening or inspection will result in denial of authorization to board the boat in accordance with United Stated Coast Guard regulations.
Due to the nature of this public event, by purchasing a ticket you agree to be photographed and/or videoed, and allow your photo/video to be used for any and all marketing and advertising.
Tall Ships Charleston acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage to property, death or injury resulting from an act of any supplier or any other person. Tall Ships Charleston may refuse you carriage or remove you from the vessel without refund or compensation if it determines that you present a safety risk to yourself, other passengers, or to the vessel. Additionally, if your behavior causes or may cause discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance to passengers or crew members or interferes with the safe and orderly operation of the vessel, you will be denied boarding or removed from the vessel without refund or compensation.
By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and agree to hold harmless Tall Ships Charleston and Tall Ships America.
